Evaluation, workshops and follow-up analysis of employee surveys

After employee surveys, workshops with the respective teams and managers are needed to present and contextualize the results, derive measures, and follow up on them. Such evaluation workshops can be challenging, especially when the results are not all positive. We facilitate such workshops with managers and employees and are also proven partners for HR and management in the planning and implementation of the overall process.

The worse the results from the employee survey for a team, the more important it is to create a constructive atmosphere.

Follow-up with the manager

Follow-up with us often includes the following steps:

  2. Follow up after approx. 3 weeks
    • How’ s it going with the findings and results
    • How and what is implemented
    • What are the obstacles (still) in the way of implementation?
