Building a blog around our consulting topics

We develop our consulting portfolio further. The visible expression of this is the new brand "initio".

Silent partners have died, other shareholders are moving into part-time retirement. We therefore dissolve the old GmbH and continue our consulting business under "change & development GmbH". Florian Grolman joins as the third partner and moves up into the management.

The quality of our consulting services is getting around.

The "initio" brand keeps growing: in unprompted surveys too we achieve top marks.

Petra Friedlaender and Philip Dönhoff become partners and strengthen important consulting fields with their expertise.

Covid was a driver of innovation for us too. We move large parts of our consulting and client workshops online. The visible expression of this is the first international large group conference across all continents and (almost) all time zones in October 2020.

The trend towards hybrid organisational designs is also driving the topic of agility among our clients. "Agile" and "high performance" thus become two further important pillars of what we offer.

Our clients like us and speak well of us - so we are proud of the many further awards we have received in the meantime.

Acquisition of the brand and company "Die Umsetzungsberatung - Winfried Berner und Kollegen"

First systematic work with generative AI — initially in research, writing and preparing material.

From drawing up proposals to documentation, a large part of our internal workflows is automated with AI.

The new website is being built with strong AI support — from the structure to the code.
