Initio excels!

In recent years we received many awards for our consulting work. The awards are always based on surveys with customers and decision-makers. The result: our customers were and are very satisfied with the results of our work and the collaborative process.

5x “Top Consultants

We won the “Top Consultants” award five times in total: In 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and 2023. These awards were based on scientifically supported benchmark surveys among our customers.

6x “Germany’s Best Consultants”

We were also awarded the“Germany’s Best Consultants” quality seal for six years in a row. In the process, around 2000 decision-makers and project managers were asked about their collaboration with various consulting firms. As a result, we won 1st place in the category “Quality of Implenentation” several years in a row, and in 2023 also in the category “Best Price-Performance Ratio”.

With these results, we are ahead of many well-known competitors such as PWC, Deloitte or the Boston Consulting Group!

2x “Top consultant”

Two years in a row, in 2022 and 2023, we were also honored (and despite Corona!) as “Top Consultant” by FOCUS magazine.
