We are once again among the "Top Consultants" !.

This year we are among the “Top Consultants” in our sector for the fifth time. In this academically grounded benchmark survey our clients once again gave us top marks. Here you can read the main results in detail - so that you can form an even better “picture” of us.

The benchmark survey - what does that mean?

“Top Consultants” is a comparative study. It answers the question: “How does consulting firm xy perform compared with similar consulting firms?” The results therefore give a kind of sector comparison within particular market segments. Change management consultancies are compared with other firms in the same sector.

The survey and the questionnaires were developed and academically supervised by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.

Which questions were asked?

The questionnaire has a general part, covering training, the client base and how our revenue has developed over recent years, for example.

The main weight of the survey lies, of course, on the second, specialist section - also measured by the number of questions. It covered methodological skills, professional expertise, how well our work connects with the client organisation, and similar aspects.

And the core result?

This picture probably says more than a lot of words:

Our “recommendation rate”, at 100%, is above the average of our competitors. That is good to see - because it does not get any better than that…

Our clients’ overall satisfaction also reaches very high scores:

We have worked hard for that - and we are glad about this positive feedback from our clients.

More awards: “Beste Berater Deutschlands” and “Top Berater”!

Alongside the “Top Consultant” award, we won a further prize in 2023: the award as “Beste Berater Deutschlands” (Germany’s Best Consultants).

In the survey run by the daily newspaper “Die WELT” we achieved top rankings once again: in the categories “implementation focus” and “value for money” we came first - ahead of every other consulting firm. All the details of the study results are here.
