Winfried Berner came to organisational consulting by way of communication training and science journalism and a spell at the Boston Consulting Group. Since 1995 he has specialised in what really gets difficult in change processes: tricky post-merger integrations, change management in complex settings, demanding cultural change and restructuring. As the author of several specialist books, among them "Culture Change – Unternehmenskultur als Wettbewerbsvorteil", he combines the practice of consulting with the systematic working-through of why cultures fit together or come into conflict.

„Your subject knowledge scored 9.5 out of 10, your delivery 8.8 and the learning climate 9.7. Excellent."
