Kai Weise, Senior consultant — initio Organisationsberatung

Kai Weise comes from supervision and integrative organisational development and works where leadership teams are to act together more supportively and mission statements are to land in everyday work. His attention goes to the culture of an organisation: a robust culture of dialogue and discussion, and the changes of role that so often bring conflict in times of change — from book producer to content producer, for instance. What sets his work apart is the use of creative media: comics, animation, documentary film and learning maps, which make change visible and discussable. With ten years as a manager and thirty in consulting, he supports change processes from both perspectives.
