Dr. Christopher Gärtner comes from the humanities — history, musicology, a doctorate in cultural history and a diploma in opera singing — and today advises organisations on almost every topic in organisational development. Out of ten years as a manager and nearly twenty in consulting, he works on strategy and organisational design as well as on the interfaces between units and on purposeful culture change. In management workshops and Team Development he is concerned with clear responsibility, better collaboration and the resolution of conflict; in coaching he supports managers in their leadership and personal development. German and English are both native languages for him.
