Juliane Neumann works where teams have to find each other across distance — in distributed and remote organisations. Her focus is on Team Development, psychological safety and agile working in distributed contexts; she supports managers in leading their teams from afar as well. A trained mediator and trainer, she facilitates workshops and large groups with methods such as Open Space, World Café and Future Search. What has been discussed she often captures in pictures: visual facilitation and graphic recording are as much part of her craft as her own illustrations and drawings.

„Thank you for a good event. We took away a lot of ideas and are looking forward to seeing them bear fruit."
