Albrecht Schürhoff comes from systemic organisational consulting and has acquired the craft of change broadly — from systemic OD through commercial mediation to large-group facilitation. His work ranges from strategy processes and change management through leadership training to mission statement and values development. As a trained commercial mediator and conflict manager he also works with the situations in which progress hangs on unresolved tensions. In diagnostics he works with instruments such as Insights Discovery, Lumina Spark and CAPTain, in order to put the development of people and teams on a solid footing.
