Why team development?

Teams are usually made up of highly diverse people. And that is a good thing: because the true strengthsof teams are not found in what they have in common, but above all in their differences – if these are harnessed productively.

For differences to become productive, there need to be processes of reflection, clarification and effective leadership. We give teams and leaders the tools to work together more efficiently and literally understand each other better.

How do we do that?

Typical phases of our team development workshops are:

  1. gathering topics and examples (often in advance)
  2. prioritizing the most important issues
  3. developing solutions for individual topics
  4. theory input, e.g. on communication, typical team phases
  5. activating exercises for self-awareness
  6. evaluation

We always focus on clarifying the content of the relevant topics in the team. Outdoor sequences in team development have proven to be very effective in promoting clarification processes and enabling clarifying conclusions to be drawn from interactions.
