Benchmark survey – what does this mean exactly?
Top Consultants” is a comparative study. It answers the question,“How does consulting firm xy” compare to similar consulting firms?” The results thus produce a kind of “industry comparison” in specific market segments. Change management consultancies are thus compared with other companies in the same sector.
The survey and the questionnaires were developed and scientifically accompanied by Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.
Which questions were asked?
The questionnaire contains a general part, e.g. about education, customer base and sales development in the past years.
Of course, the second, technical part of the survey is the main focus – also measured by the scope of the questions. Here, among other things, the focus was on methodological competence, professional competence, connectivity and similar aspects.
And the core result?

Another award: “Germany’s best consultants” for the third time!
In addition to the “Top Consultant” award, we won another prize in the recent years: The ” Best Consultant in Germany” award.
In the survey conducted by the daily newspaper “Die WELT”, we received top rankings for the third time – including in the categories “implementation orientation” and“value for money“. In the category “Implementation Orientation” we achieved first grades – ahead of all other consulting firms. Here are all the details of the study results.
